The first round of litters are a Berkshire/Large Black cross and will be ready around October 2021. The next set of litters should be full Large Black. Keep posted for litter availability. Thank you!
The total hanging weight of a whole hog is approximately 200 lbs. Pricing on a whole hog is based on the approximate hanging weight at $5.00/lb and includes standard processing, wrapping, smoking and curing of the meat. All cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the pig. The meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper with the sausage and bacon in sealed bags. All meat will be individually marked for easy identification and delivered frozen. If any products are ordered beyond the standard cuts, there may be an additional cost from the processor and will be added to the final cost. Additionally, a deposit of $125 is required to hold your order and is included in the final cost.
