The total hanging weight of half a hog is approximately 100 lbs. Pricing on half a hog is based on the approximate hanging weight at $5.50/lb and includes standard processing, wrapping, smoking and curing of the meat. All cuts are approximate and will vary based on the actual size of the pig. The meat will be wrapped in white freezer paper with the sausage and bacon in sealed bags. All meat will be individually marked for easy identification and delivered frozen.
